I am still stunned!
Ladies and Gentlemen, you need to set those goals and work toward them. Every time you eat healthy and exercise, you are moving closer to your goal. Every time you stop eating healthy and exercising, you are staling and staying in the place you told yourself that you didn't want to be. You can do it!! You can get to your goal. You can get healthy.
Let's go after it! If you have lost ground, get up and get back to it! Yes, I mean right NOW!!! Get up!!! Get moving!!! Hey, put the Ho Ho down and get moving! Clean the clothes off the treadmill and get moving! These are positive moves toward your goal!!! You can do it!! We can do it!!
It is time to take the bull by the horn and get down to business!!!
I signed up for BLC 20 today. No, I am not trying to get on the Biggest Loser show. I need to get healthy but Bob and Jillian scare me!! lol This is a Biggest Loser Challenge on SP. I am looking forward to it. I can't wait to find out what team I will be on and meet my teammates. It is time to really buckle down!!
Well, I have to go make the DH some lunch for him to take to work later!
It has changed my life!!!
