Today is my 4th week in Bowflex and I'm changing it up a bit. I'm going to do more of a break up with all my workouts. Before it was total body now it's divided up. I made today Monday-Chest and Shoulders day. For a bonus I added 3 core workouts and I even convinced myself to go for a speedwalk/jog.
My chest issues seem to calm down a bit so I figured.Today is a work out day and the weather wasn't scorching hot,just hot so why not chance a jog.
I'm sad to say that I didn't last as long on my jogs as I did last week but that's ok,I'm training myself. I don't want to push myself, I just want to go little by little to my goal. So,I ran out of breathe a lot faster this time.
So instead of stressing about it and saying "Forget this mess,I'm just going to speedwalk the whole time".I said "LETS MAKE A DEAL LUNGS!" and we agreed walk two curbs.run two curbs.walk two curbs,run two curbs. And it worked out I did push myself a little to finish until my Curb ended and not give up even though I wanted too but I figured it's a tiny push not like I'm saying "LUNGS ONE MORE CURB AND PUSH THROUGH IT!".no,I was nice to my lungs and said "LUNGS HANG IN THERE THIS CURB IS ALMOST DONE THEN WE WALK 2 CURBS!"
that's us.My lungs and I are now Friends.

I feel really good today. I even tracked my food! I've been so horrible with that.but I'm tracking today.=^_^= I'm also tracking my workouts on SP because before I would just blog it and leave it in my Workout journal But this time I felt Like Tracker it in SP tracker.
