First and formost, P90X emoticon I do not have the motivation to devote an hour a day to something right now. I was doing good too.... eh. Oh well. I have SP 10 min videos! Did you know that you can actually do more than 1 of those a day?!?! Crazy right! emoticon Plus I really didnt like not having cardio in that program. I joined a gym and quit p90x like 2 days later lol. I go get my cardio on at the gym and do some toning stuff with coach nicole

Also I updated my sparkpage! Woo hoo! Go check it out, hear how awesome things are!!

    I LOVE the Sparkpeople videos!! They are so nice even to just squeeze one in before I go to work in the mornings. It gets my day started off on the right foot. And sometimes you do one and you just can't seem to stop so you do another one! :-)
