My chest hurts from a lot of heavy breathing. My best friend, (and man of honor) Robby and I decided to run again. This time, instead of running until I can't breath and then walking for a lot longer as usual, I said "Lets run a block then walk a block." Doing that really helped a lot. I felt better. I felt less overwhelmed by it, and was able to run a longer knowing that I had a good idea of when I'm able to walk. I forgot what this type of running is called, but I like it! It was a really nice day, the sky above was blanketed by dark clouds threatening us with a downpour. The wind was cool and helped us a lot! No over heating here. :) Luckily, we managed to get done running before the storm hit, and even still it didnt last very long. We walked/ran a total of 20 blocks! For some of you, that might not seem like a big number, but it is for me. I'm really proud of myself today, and Im hoping i can stick to it! My chest was hurting but I pushed through it, one point I felt myself slowing down before hitting the stop sign, so instead of stopping to walk I ran a bit faster to get to the stop sign quicker. :) and then I walked the block just to run again. We ran to his house (to get water before heading back to my house) and 2 blockes before I ran them both without walking. Again, I ran two blocks straight back to my house. Oh how my lungs are still hurting, pissed that I made them work today :)
