So I ate the fish and then the Doctor called - you think she had vision in the house, anyway, because of my less than stellar acceptance of the fish, and provided me alternatives - THANK YOU GOD. I am adding in hemp and when I can, I will eat an egg or two. Thanks for watching my vlog.

Jacki, you are delightful, and so cute.
We are fishermen and love fish, I would love to know the type you bought.
I too had to make changes in my diet for health and have reaped the benefits fully. It is hard to do, but soon you will feel the change in your body with your natural healthy fresh choice of natures pure proteins.
I so enjoyed your vlog :-)
I have missed you and so glad to reconnect again.

WOMAN! You are going to enjoy that fish. God is going to bless you to look past the fish and enjoy it for your health. You will do fine. I believe in you. You can do this my friend. You will beable to handle the fish. Now for the killing part. We have a fresh cat fish farm... And my daddy would go and pick them things out and leave the room as if he didn't order for the thing to be murdered or something. WOW! I can feel your pain on that part, because I leave too when my hubby order up some catfish, but we don't have that in our house anymore. Now if only I could get this pork up out of here...

My hubby goes… we need that V-K... Boy, you can get that in a supplement. Not happening... Why did the doctor tell him that pork was good for V-K??? WHY!

Have a nice day, and you can do this. You can do this. You’re going to do this.

WAIT until you hear about my “Monday” visit.

If I could, I would eat it for you because I love me some fish. It's my number one source of protein followed by a distant poultry. Love the way you looked when you said "I gotta eat some fish!" lol I too am very happy to see your vlog today. I've missed you. emoticon

I really like tilapia. Have you ever had scrambled eggs and tilapia or other fish you enjoy? It taste good even with just the egg whites. It makes wonderful breakfast tacos. Another way I like fish is lightly sauteed in olive oil and then place it on top of a salad. I love the way it wilts down the lettuce on top. emoticon You probably already know a ton of ways to eat fish but another good way is "fish stew". Basically just onions, peppers and tomato sauce and the fish. I cook the sauce first and then add the fish and cook until done.

emoticon Hope you find ways to enjoy this new addition to your diet even though it would not be your first choice.

No comment on eating fish. Glad you're doing well. And glad your doctor called with alternatives. What is this beautiful background on your page? Like you, I'm keeping health at the front of my plan. emoticon

Oh no not FISH!!! I couldn't do it! More power to ya!

I would love for you to share the recipes for your seasoning mixes either here on your blog or in the team. I am looking for some better spice mixes but low sodium. I have been using a Mrs. Dash mix and it is good but I would like to make up my own.

It was so refreshing to see your smile today! Keep smiling Jacki!! You are beautiful!
