What is happening?

I can't seem to control my appetite. Not sure how I slid back but I have. Am loyal to my work outs but am struggling with food. Sigh. I have been here before.

    I had same problem about food. I had started to ignoring food by just thinking about me. I was so addicted to Pizza and now I have start to reminding me that Pizza is not good for me and I have to avoid as much as I can. And one more thing I have started to tell people that I can not eat Pizza for some reason (I did tell everyone that I am not going to eat "Outside tasty food" till my husband get here. Because he is out of US). Now if anyone tells me that do you want to eat this or that..I automatically start saying no and ignoring food. And trust me I don't even feel or like to eat these food anymore unless they are home made and I know that they are full of nutrition. (For Pizza:- I have not eat pizza since 1 year though; not outside or home made)

This is one of the idea that I am keeping to myself and letting everyone know. That's how I have work with good and greasy food. Hope this work for you and you can stick to it. Good Luck

    Okay, why don't you see if you can answer your own question? What IS going on in your world that is making the food so challenging? Are you tracking, making a plan, keeping healthy food handy? What do YOU think will help you?
