My worst adversary: “THE SCALE”

I know, I know, I should not worry that much about the scale, and focus on doing it right, eating better, exercising, drinking the water, yes I know BUT I like when I'm trying and the scale "helps" having me in a "better" mood...

Anyways, I hope you're doing fine, I'm exercising, I feel really good, I'll keep on going, because I'LL DEFEAT THE SCALE!!!

    Yeah, I totally get it. . .but do just pay attention to how you feel and your energy level. The scale is a number. You are doing all the right things. Congratulations! emoticon

    The scale is only one indicator of improved health and fitness. I agree with ANNAFRECKER that it can be fickle. How are your clothes fitting? Are you losing weight that is visible to yourself and others that is not indicated on the scale? You are doing great! emoticon

  That scale can be awfully fickle sometimes huh! Don't worry, I had my own battle with it last week, it didn't move but I still feel thinner so thats what counts! Keep on truckin' along! emoticon
