Taking control of stress

Well today I woke up at 6:45 am and to me that was great because I got my 8hrs of sleep. For the past week I have been sleeping my 7 to 8 hrs a night I am so proud of myself. This was not possible for me because like i said before my husband is ill and doesn't sleep very much. Well I have noticed that he to is sleeping somewhat better than before at least he is going to bed earlier than before. I think I have accomplished quit a bit this past week I am also trying to not stress so much and i am using some of the ideas given to us by our team at taking control of stress challenge. All I know is i owe them a big thank you for helping me see that not sleeping is/was making me a horrible person. I had no energy or motivation to do anything that had to do with physical activity at least for the past few day's I have to admit I have had a little more motivation and energy to do some things I haven't done in a while.
