So I attended my first inservice of the 2012-2013 school year today. I have to say that peeling myself out of bed at 6 AM was difficult is quite the understatement. Despite my efforts, I was still 10 minutes late to the conference. I HATE being late anywhere, and I knew I was going to be late, so that made it worse, so I had to make sure I didn't beat myself up with food when I got there. I was proud of myself for really following my food plan, but after sitting all day, I have to make sure I get my exercise in today.
