I went in for a fitness evaluation and was alarmed to be told that I carry a hefty amount of body fat despite being in a good BMI place. So - time to get to work. The challenge is to get enough protein and exercise to change that fat and gain some muscle.
If you have some suggestions to this protein challenged person, let me know. Due to health issues, I cannot have meat, dairy, limited beans.
