I've been on a roller coaster with my weight forever. At 135 I felt fat; today, I'd happily take that on. I'd like to be back into a size that a "normal" store carries instead of having to shop at stores which think fat people and pregnant people are one and the same. I have a shape people!
I was delighted to read about SparkPeople in the latest edition of Women's Day. I had joined Weight Watchers on-line and was having success, but when our budget dictated giving up extras, that was the first thing to go. So far I actually like the SparkPeople site better. It was great getting a grocery list, matching it up with my coupons, and hitting the store. Since I have the right food in house, meal preparation won't be a problem...no last minute trips to the grocery store stressing me out more.
24 hours of following this plan are over. So far it has been easy. I'm not a milk drinker, so having the option to "swap" a food already calculated for me is also a wonderful tool. I'm hopeful the next six days are just as simple as the last one was.
Keep me in your prayers!
