Well it has been a week and I am doing good. I have met my first goals, and am on my way to meeting my new goals. It was hard the first couple of days without soda, but now it isn't to big of a deal. Don't get me wrong, when my husband goes and gets some for him to drink, I still want some. But now I am not cranky, I don't have a headach, and I am not looking for something sweet to drink. I have been drinking tea, usually unsweetened with some flavoring added or water. I know the flavoring adds some calories, but i don't think it is as much as if it was sweetened, or store bought flavored tea.

Their isn't much else to report around here. today is my house blessing day (, so I am trying to get some housekeeping done.

got to go, kids are calling.
