Finally the day has come!!!
I stepped on the scales this morning hoping for any kind of loss. I knew I'd stuck within my nutrition goals for the most part and I had done some light exercise a few times through the week, yet I didn't "feel" like I'd lost anything. So I stepped up and got on the scales knowing that last week I was 201lbs and 199 was in reach. Even 0.5-1lb, any loss would have been fine...but as the display evened out I saw it...199.2!!!
I don't want to ever go back. I swear there will never be a 2 in front of my weight again! 34lbs down and this time it's for real. This is the time that I reach my goal.
