Sure! Why not? Every day is a new day. :D
My partner and I are embarking on a three month challenge to lose ten pounds through daily cardio (walking for her, walking/jogging for me), eating a primarily low fat vegan diet (no oils, limited nuts, some avocado) and lifting heavy weights 2-3 times per week. Finally that YMCA pass will get some use!
I'm using the next 12 days to practice my good habits.
