Yes, I am tracking food, eating fruits and veggies about six daily, drinking water (myth or not),
moving,walking and stretching. My leg swelling is at an all time low. I am crossing over into the amounts I weighed in the early 2003 or 2004!! I have another job interview and made some contact for some contract work. I can wear dress shoes. My bedroom is almost done. I just have to say, good bye to a few more things. I am going to go shopping for mattresses this week.

Plan for the next:

To do more self help reading/
To work on my CEU for my job license.
Send out 10 resumes/job application.
walk daily--restart a 5k plan today.
Zumba once
water aerobics
work on home maintenance/weatherization
Keep Sparkin and using Sparkcoach
do a sparkvideo daily
Give myself self facial and love and care for the week!!
