Jump rope- the best cardio

Hello everyone!
I've tried jumping rope after a really long time, probably 5 years or something. It felt so good, like I was completely worked out. I followed the sparkpeople's guide for jump rope:

This workout video is honestly exhilarating and made me feel like a kid all over again!

    Jumping rope is wonderful!! - just stay in touch with how your joints and back are feeling, because it can be high impact.
