So today was weigh in day. Yikes! I was camping for a few days, not eating like I usually do, etc so I expected things to be a little skewed but not...wait for it...not nothing. I was slightly devastated. I lost .5 pounds. Luckily, I have measured myself and show great improvement. I did measurements and took 1.75" off my waist, 2.5" off my belly, and added almost an inch to my upper arm bicep / triceps area. That rules.
I am starting my week off. I am not going to do much in the way of strength training but I am going to do some cardio and some harder yoga as well. I am going to take the opportunity to buckle down on the diet.
