Absolutely no change at all this week, but I was already prepared for that. I started having a panic attack concerning my correspondence work and dedicated pretty much any time I could to doing that, which ended up eating up my scheduled workouts. I know, I know. I should relax and do both for their allotted times, but hey. I wanted to get a bunch of the work done, and I did, so this week I can focus more on the proper balance. I'm just glad I maintained rather than saw a gain. I also purchased a subscription to a cognitive building game website and have started using that as a way to get my mind working a bit more effectively (even in the few days I've been using it, I've noticed an improvement during my coursework). I've decided to add in a quick training session everyday, probably before my coursework each night.

Crunch time! Three weeks from today, I'm stepping on that airplane. I've also decided I'm going to buy myself a pretty new dress for the wedding itself if I can meet the majority of the goals I set out.



Positives this week:
emoticon Got lots of course work done! lol
emoticon Managed to keep a maintain rather than a gain despite whatever else
emoticon Have been working on positive self talk a fair bit and it seems to be helping



Things to work on:
emoticon BALANCE! I need to balance my workouts and course work properly so I get both done each day
emoticon Protein, protein, protein. It's dropped back down a bit this last week, with the carbs rising again, so I need to wrangle that back to where I liked it
emoticon Relax! Panic-strikenly attacking my coursework isn't exactly the best way to have it stick in. This relates to the balance point I mentioned as well. Balancing everything would let me relax
