I realized a big deterrent to my success in the weight loss part of my program has to do with my sugar addiction. While trying to get my calories under control, I'm going to try the SparkPeople article plan for eliminating sugar cravings. I think that'll probably help get my calories down while accomplishing the other goals at the same time. On the positive side, all my exercise is dialed in, and I've been really good about staying within my goal calories for about 8 days straight!
