Week 3 BSG Blog - Vaulting Vixens

I have been fairly consistent with water, freggies and exercise so I decided to make this week's goal to enter my nutrition in the tracker each day and try to stay within the appropriate ranges for calories and hopefully the other things it tracks.

Exercise for the week will be Zumba, walking, biking and hopefully some strength and to use my new pedometer and increase the number of steps each day.

Need to stay focused so I can end this month weighing less than I started it with.

    Your goals sound very reasonable. Sticking with the basics always pays off over time so by the end of the month - you may be experiencing an incredible lightness of being. WooHoo with the new pedometer. Do you like it? I'm wearing mine everyday and it's such a good reminder to keep moving.
