I have been fairly consistent with water, freggies and exercise so I decided to make this week's goal to enter my nutrition in the tracker each day and try to stay within the appropriate ranges for calories and hopefully the other things it tracks.
Exercise for the week will be Zumba, walking, biking and hopefully some strength and to use my new pedometer and increase the number of steps each day.
Need to stay focused so I can end this month weighing less than I started it with.
