I am starting something new this week.. I want to blog more. This is more for myself then anyone else but I do hope that maybe my triumphs and struggles can help someone else with theirs.
Today I did OK. I ate with in range and I was in a really good mood all day. Sundays are my "day of rest" so I do not exercise. I really want to keep up with my morning exercise and get that scale moving in the right direction but if it decides to stay again this week then I'm OK with that too. As long as I exercise and eat healthy then I'm going to be healthy. (still feeling the positive attitude from yesterday)
