I entered the BLC Limes summer challenge with the best of intentions. It's summer, right? Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lots of activity and reasons to be outdoors.
While my activity and exercise levels have been great, my eating habits have been horrific.
My weight loss has either been minimal or non existant. I made two mistakes - I stopped tracking food, and I then let my eating habits get out of hand. The five chocolate chip cookies yesterday were the drive home that I can't continue to do this. I need to get back on track with the eating. There is no way I can exercise enough to work off five chocolate chip cookies!
Time to rethink and reevaluate. I must take control and responsibility of what and how much I eat - period. There can be no more repeats of "The Chocolate Chip Cookies Incident"!!
