i blew it again.

Again and again....... i was sooo good then soooo bad. I made tator tots. And chicken strips then ya. Dang it. I ate some. It put me over on my calories. I don't know why i do this. I am frustrated... i will do better tomorrow.

    I usually plan for the low side of my calorie range so when stuff like that happens (and it does) I have sort of a buffer. Take today, we ate at Panara, which is bad enough, but then I had a giant cookie and ate it all! I was over on fats and carbs and a little under on protein, but my calories were in the range. When I got home I worked out in the yard for an hour - hope it helps. Any way, we all do it at some time or other, so better luck tomorrow.
