I am no longer wheat free.
All because of a dessert.
OK....it was a pretty good desert-blueberry cheesecake,made by me.
But i'm not sure it was worth it.
After, I went into the old diet mentality...I need to get back to eating no wheat,so i'll eat as much as I can before I can't have any anymore!!!
Even if I did not eat that much-mostly bread,it made me feel blah.
Saturday I had multigrain toast with eggs...MMMMM
but when I went to zumba that morning, I had a hard time getting through the hour and I had heartburn that made me feel awful.
Same at lunch today. I had a hard time digesting the lobster roll I had-but it might be the fat.
I have been having a ton of ice cream this last week because it was in my freezer.
I got rid of the last of it today-gave the full containers away to someone who would enjoy it more than me and the not full ones, I threw out.
Lesson learned? DONT PUT ICE CREAM IN MY FREEZER!
I can handle having a cone one in a while,but I can't have it in my house.
It's so easy to get back to bad habits but so hard to get back to good ones(like eating in front of tv.).
But,it's ok. I'm back on track......for now.
I don't find it hard to be wheat free,except for the odd time.
I think I might just eat much less of it so I don't feel deprived and end up binging again.
I'll get this right one day!
I don't give up!
