I forgot how much I loving running on the track. I know a lot of people who hate it becuase, they say, it's too boring and monatonus. But to me, it's a nice change of pace. For one, it feels heavenly on the knees. Two, I'm faster on the track (because it doesn't hurt my knees so bad, I can open up my pace a little more) Three, I know exactly how far I'm going and at what time. It's great to know if I'm improving on my times. And last, but not least, I can zone out during my runs and just do some soul searching. Not having to worry about cars, cracked sidewalks and curbs. I just put on my favorite mellow tunes and run.....BLISS!
