Took a vacation from work. I'm wondering it was a good idea or a bad idea as I've been home with two rambunctious children while trying to catch up stuff and sewing projects. Still hitting that motivation wall when it comes to meeting my daily calorie allotment, a lot of the time I just don't care. Finding the motivation to get out on my bike or out for a run is also lacking severely. I'm silently hoping that the autumn energy rush will do it's thing to help get me back into a groove. I'll have more time to just myself and will be able to get out of the house again. Only 10 more days till school starts, and I'm feeling the stress from not being able to afford basic stuff for my kids. They both need new clothes, new shoes, school stuff and I'm finding it extremely hard to scrape the cash together in order to get them what they need. I need to get off my butt too and learn how to use my serger. I have all kinds of fabric to make their clothes, but I need a pattern for pants. Gotta go get one today. I think I"ll take a trip out just go get out of the house for a few.

Oh and I made myself another pretty shirt.
