Today is my wife's birthday. I am more blessed than words can say to be married to the woman who is my lover, my soul-mate, and my best friend. Tonight she is taking our youngest daughter to an event in nearby Columbia with several other mothers and daughters from our church. The event is designed for pre-teen girls to spend some time with their mothers and learn about true beauty.

My oldest daughter and i will be at church tonight where we will observe communion and then follow that up with our monthly business meeting.
