I did take pics today but not to compare.. I probably won't do comparison pics for another week or two.
I have been so busy this week...
Today I stepped on the scale and I am 256.5 .. I was truly surprised ..lost 1.5 lbs even when quitting smoking (I am totally off the patch now btw, 2nd day off of it).
I am happy.. but I have some tough things ahead the next 2 weeks. Clean, clean, clean! My dad and step mom are coming in on Thursday!!!
Today and tomorrow are going to be busy! I am trying to get some relaxation in this morning before the madness starts!
I could tell a difference between when I swam 2 weeks ago, until last night. Two weeks ago I couldn't even do a regular crawl stroke across the length of the pool without stopping and catching my breath in the middle of the darn pool. Last night every time I got the length of the pool, I had just enough time to catch my breath a little while pulling my hair out of my face then going at it again!.. I did at least 7 lengths of the pool last night.. and it felt awesome!! I was able to breathe how you are supposed to while doing the correct crawl stroke (I used to be on a swim team a loooooong time ago!).
Two nights ago I had about 8 grocery bags on each arm.. went all the way up the steps and into the door.. didn't have as hard of a time breathing.. was out of breath for not even 30 seconds! I didn't feel like I was going to pass out.
