I just re-read over the "secrets of success" that Sparked Me. I had forgotten most of them. One that sparked me again today was suggesting to exercise in 10 minute spurts throughout the day, doing a variety of mini workouts, and by the end of the day realize that you exercised an hour or maybe more. Of course you'd have to do it on a relatively free day to get that many minutes accomplished. But even 3 sessions would add up to a nice amount for me.
Today I got angry about something, and in my anger I declared (to myself) that I wasn't going to work my plan for the day, in regard to exercise. I told myself "who cares if I don't meet my star quota for the week" (my week ends on Sundays) I surprisingly didn't go for food in anger. That, in my mind would cause more grief than neglecting to work out. But one thing I did after my episode of anger was to get on SP. Maybe subconsciously I wanted to be motivated to go ahead and get a workout in. This Secret to Success, is getting my juices flowing...I just might do some spurts of activity! I also was surfing around SP and came across some random Sparker's SPage, and read one of her mottos. She said "any exercise is better than no exercise".
