Tried on the small clothes yesterday! WOW

I can get into a few things, but they don't look good yet.
With another 10 pound weight loss, I will fit back into my small clothes! That is coming!
I feel great on this leptin reset and when done, will gradually add in paleo carbs.
I have no issues and have not had migraines, that plagued me for 28 years, since eating paleo.
No sugar, no grains, no snacking, no eating within 5 hours of sleep, BAB, grass fed beef, pasture pork, wild fish, coconut oil or MCT.

I encourage Internet searches to broaden your knowledge and make informed decisions on what you put into your body and why. We really are what we eat.

Well, will be wearing those clothes soon.

    I do plan to refine and perfect my nutrition even better than I do now. That will be my next phase once I get this last 5 lbs. off and stabilize.

I have been doing some reading, on the paleo diet, since you mentioned it in an earlier blog. I struggle to get in 60 grams of protein now, I don't know how you manage to eat the required numbers for the paleo diet. It has certainly worked for you though, and I hope you continue to see success.

    I am trying to get more educated in all these things so I can continue to maintain my weight and increase strength more once I hit my magic mark. It wouldn't bother me to give up many of the foods you listed.

    Gradually reducing my intake of wheat and gluten and I notice a difference in bloat for sure. Guess I need to educate myself more on other aspects of that type of diet. Lots of investigation needed in that area. so glad those smaller clothes are nearer your horizon!
