Day 2: Getting Back into it is Gratifying!

I feel great that some Sparkers took the trouble to comment on my blog yesterday. I haven't communicated with many people in a long time and I had forgotten how good it feels to touch base with others who have similar issues and joys.
One of the women that I encountered, Rae, made a point that she is organizing her exercise by doing core and upper body on M, W, Fri and lower body on T, Th & Sat.
I think this is a great plan and I told her so.
I think I may make up a little chart to track it. I've been in a lot of pain lately but I know I'll be in pain whether I exercise of not and I should take Aleve more often if it will help me exercise.
I know that we are creatures of habit. We (or at least I) do what's easy and I don't have to think about much. However, I think that flexible structure can change everything. In fact, I know it can. I always get carried away and forget about the flexible part.
I'm going to give it another go.
