This morning I will do some yoga. I am watching my calories and carbs. I ate some yogurt, a couple of prunes (don't laugh, they are tasty and not too high in carbs, you only get 5 grams of carb per prune), and 2 hard boiled eggs. I'm trying to improve the quality of my meals.
Last night we went to Olive Garden for dinner. I skipped the breadsticks, I had the green salad, and the 'Seafood Brodetto'. Its very nice. Its consists of a wine sauce, shrimp, scallops, and tilapia. They serve it with a couple of slices of toast. I ate the whole thing. It clocks in at under 500 calories!!!
I went to Sports Authority last night and I bought a pair of shoes. They are too big. They have to go back.
