I am drained today - have not slept well for a few nights now between neighbors with a party & music loud until past 2AM one night & stress. It is going to be a very long 10 hour workday.
I saw online where someone put apple slices and a cinnamon stick in a container of water and let it sit & it sounded good. I tried the same thing. I went to try it last night - the odor of it was musty and it sort of had a non-taste. Think I will pass on that one. I know I need to get away from the full calorie Pepsi. Always my downfall when I am stressed.
I am trying to get my mind back into eating better "mode" - it is coming slowly.
