Much has happened since my last blog. My exercise continued hot and heavy. While my biking was steady, I eased up on the weights a bit. Just last week we went on an 8-day vacation to Ft Myers and Marco Island, Florida. Overall, a really good time. While I maintained my exercise regimen, my nutritional input was way out of kilt. The result is 4 pounds added. This means that the rest of August and all of September will be dedicated to taking those 4 pounds off and a bit more. Was it worth it?? You bet ya? HOOAAA!!
