Today I did an indoor triathlon.
I googled the distances and used 4000m row, 15km cycle and 5km run - which according to the website I visited is an Olympic length one.
And the results (per my phone which I used as a stopwatch.)

Total time taken 1hour 30 minutes and 28seconds.
I also did a quick core workout class (15mins) so I am feeling very smug - which is a total turnround from yesterday.
Yesterday was my week 3 check in at the gym for the 6 week weight loss course I am doing.

Waist 87cm 81cm - 6cm

Body Fat % 37.6% 39.6% + 2%
How can that be???? weight down, a little, measurements down and body fat UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was absolutely devastated.
Now last week I missed a couple of workouts, including my Sunday one, because DH got up before I left the house, and he doesn't like me going to the gym. So I count Sunday as the start of the week because Spark do, so I have and I am starting this week right.
