HELLO PEOPLE LONG TIME NO SEE I HAVE BEEN DOING JOURNAL ENTRIES INSTEAD. SAME OLD HERE TRYING TO FIND THE LOST MIND SET.
WAS READING AN ARTICLE AND IT SAID BLOG EASY MEALS SO HERE WE GO.
IN A HURRY FOR DINNER WELL OPEN A CAN OF TUNA IN WATER ADD FROZEN PEAS A LITTLE ONION & CELERY,FRESH FRUIT YUMMY,AND DON'T FORGET THE WATER.
PLAN MEALS AHEAD FOR THE WEEK SO ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HEAT THEM UP LIKE COOK A ROAST AND THEN ALL you WILL HAVE TO DO IS ADD YOUR VEGGIES AND FRUIT.
ALSO WORKING PEOPLE PLAN AHEAD GET YOUR FRESH FRUITS AND MEASURE THEM OUT AND BE READY ADD YOUR FRESH VEGGIES I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE BUT AM GETTING BETTER AT IT STILL NOT MANY ON MY GOOD SIDE BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN.
ONE DAY AND ONE STEP AT A TIME WE WILL ALL DO THIS WE ARE WORTH IT.
TRACK DAILY YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
FITNESS ANOTHER GOOD ONE FOR ME I DO MINE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST THAT WAY THEY ARE DONE NO EXCUSES AND IT WORKS FOR ME I HAVE TO GO TO BED A LITTLE EARLIER TO DO THIS BUT HAVE NEVER EVER MISSED A DAY IN YEARS AND PROUD OF IT.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER GET SOME FRESH AIR AND ONLY WEIGH IN ONCE A WEEK IF I DID DAILY I THINK I WOULD GIVE UP.
SO MANY GREAT ARTICLE TO READ HERE ON SPARK THAT REALLY HELPS.
AND TO HAVE GREAT FRIENDS YOU CAN COUNT ON IS THE BEST.
SURROUND YOUR SELF WITH PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE SAME GOALS. THE MORE ON YOUR SIDE THE EASIER IT IS.
NO MORE EXCUSES REMEMBER THESE I DO IT I JUST DON'T HAVE TIME TO TRACK IT.
I'LL DO IT TOMORROW. WHEN I AM READY. SO MY QUESTIONS ARE WHEN WILL YOU BE READY? WHY START TOMORROW WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY AND BE ONE DAY CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL?
WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? WE ARE ALL HERE FOR YOU AND WE ARE ALL DOING THE SAME THING GETTING HEALTHIER SO WHY NOT DO IT IN NUMBERS ?????? THE MORE PEOPLE THE MORE SUCCESS.
EXERCISE YOU CAN MODIFY YOU CAN EVEN DO CHAIR EXERCISES IF YOU HAVE TO.
EVERYONE HAS PROBLEMS OR WE WOULDN'T BE HERE!
SO LET'S ALL GET ON THE SPARK WAGON AND NOT FALL OFF LET'S DO THIS NO MORE EXCUSES BECAUSE WE ARE ONLY HURTING OURSELVES.
LET'S GO TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just stopping by to say I am off and sparking again. Brain surgery is over and I am on the road toward getting healthier than ever. PTL for SP and my healthier lifestyle journey. It made my surgery so much easier just to be as healthy as I can possibly be and not be loaded down with carbs to hinder my healing.thank you Spark Guy. You saved my life!!!
