I tend to have very hurried morning, like I am sure most people do. I have started drinking Myoplex shakes for breakfast because it is something I don't have to think about, it takes just a few seconds to put together and I can drink it on the road. I usually just buy the vanilla flavored one and add fresh fruit to it. My favorite fruit to add is cherries, but a peach works great and the juice from an orange works fine also. This also meets my need of getting protien in the morning, which I have always found challenging.
