For my first day of this 100 day challenge, I set my goals and decided my plan of action. I am going to enter a blog post with updates and feedback. 100 days from now, I should be healthier.
Goal 1: return to regular, daily exercise, focusing on toning. I will do cardio and strength training on Monday and Thursday. I will do AM cardio on Tuesday and Wednesday. I will rest on Friday, and try to reach 10,000 steps on Saturday and Sunday. today, I ran around after my niece and nephews.. not 10, 00 steps but I am tired!
Goal 2: weigh, measure and track all that I am eating. Be honest. Stay in calorie range. I forgot to count the grapes, but estimated a cup for snack.
Goal 3: work on stress management. I have so many life changes happening at once, that I will need extra attention to stress. Daily Sparking, yoga stretching, family time..all will help. tonight, we watched a movie.
Goal 4: In bed by 10:00pm, up at 5:00am.
Goal 5: finish the healthy family challenge, and focus on family time.. attend sporting events for my three urchins. family meeting tomorrow!
