It's been a while since I've last blogged. I've been more active in my teams than on my own page, posting messages to the boards etc.
Hmm, just taking one day at a time and trying to lose weight and be healthier.
Had lost 4 lbs and gained it back as I was on vacay and I wasn't taking my medication or exercising but it was great to just lose 4 lbs as for months i've been losing and gaining the same 2-3 lbs. Started back exercising and started a new circuit class which is what i think really made the difference for me to lose those 4 lbs and i hadn't been doing them long. so i'm pretty motivated and optimistic to stick to it.
I also just started working out during some shows as I watch tv. Today was day 3. I have youtube videos i've downloaded to my computer that I do. my fav being from sarah dessault (sarahfit.com for anyone wanting to check her out). i rotate between exercises until the hour is over and i'm still watching my favourite show. i love watching tv so i'm trying to turn it into an opportunity to exercise. In gaining back the 4lbs i've gained a slight double chin and i hate it. it wasn't there when the 4lbs were on me before i lost them so i'm so pissed it's there now. but i'm not complaining i'm using it as motivation to exercise. more cellulite is coming back on my legs and that too is motivation as up to a month ago it was lessening. but i know now especially that it doesn't take long for all the work i do in working out to be undone. it normally doesn't manifest so fast but o well, it is what it is. i am getting older. but i wanna look fit and hot as i age.
My goals are as follows for my body parts, the ones i want toned first- legs, arms (hate the chicken wings and am cleavage), abs (used to have such flat abs despite being overweight), and anything else is gravy.
And instead of wanting it, i'm actually also working on it also. Hoping to stay motivated as long as possible. I usually start doing good things and making the right decisions and taking the right steps, but it's to stick to it- consistency. Need to track what i eat and my fitness.
any way so 3 things i'm grateful for:
1.that i got an increase in salary at work
2. i'm home and not a work right now
3.that some changes may happen and they may be good
