3 Things I Learned This Week

1- I like having a stationary bike in my room. I can set it up by the TV and don't even notice how long I've been on it if I don't set the timer. (I aim for 15 min a night, in addition to a walk every day.)
2- I am not made for jogging. Not that I mind this that much, but the movement that jogging requires, puts a *lot* of stress on my foot, which is bad. Even after I lose a log of weight, I will still not be a jogger. (Maybe a cyclist tho!) Also, sports bras are a necessity for women of a certain size. Even fast walking can be uncomfortable without one.
3- I still kinda hate clothes shopping. Maybe it won't be so bad when I can actually go into stores and try things on, but where I live has no plus-sized clothing stores outside target/walmart, which makes shopping online the only option.. and that is just a massive pain for me.
