As with the majority of all people I always look forward to the weekend...no work, no stress, no agenda! However, I have found that with tracking my daily food & everything that I can honestly say that I dread the weekend! I think it's because I don't have any set schedule & everything is kind of more relaxed. So that means that my eating has no schedule and is more relaxed! But not in the way that most would probalby think...I tend to eat LESS on the weekends than during the week! In general I am not a BIG eater to begin with & truly I have to wonder why I don't lose the weight I have been carrying around for years. So when the weekend rolls around & I am usually kept busy with playing catch up on laundry, shopping, cleaning, etc I don't eat a lot. Now the up side to all of this is that today I get to treat myself to a box of Junior Mints because I did not hit my minimum amount of calories to eat AND won't even go over AFTER eating them! YAY ME!
