Video Blog - 17 Minutes

I have been at this computer for 4... no... 6 hours trying to load this today. That in itself deserves a Spark Goodie (and so I'm gonna give myself one)...
But you can get one too! This blog is 17 minutes long, can you take it? :-P
And no, I don't have a cold, that's my actual voice. I am also not responsible for any eye rolls or facial expressions, they are my face's fault.

    hahaha....your comment on my blog actually made me go search for this vlog just to hear that southern've come so far from here...time for a new one (I know, I was a long process!) Also...if you drink more water, your whole sodium issue may balance out....hmmm, maybe your sodium intake is naturally getting a little better now anyway?

I did that 'pizza' idea once with chinese food...very wise, and I totally believe that you can make that pizza last you cause you seem to have my determination :)
You totally can see a difference from the audition tape...way to go!

    LMBO---I love this vlog. "I hate this challenge...I miss salt...I miss it, I miss it, I miss it, etc...OMG! Okay we get it you love salt and you miss it! I know what you mean about the's in everything and it's hard to keep it within range. I think I read an article that said a normal recommended range was 1400 and I was like WHAT?! It's hard I can't get all of my calories in for trying to really limit my sodium, but that's exactly what I need to do. that you can see all of the changes you've made in mind and body! Great job!
