blew it today; oh well

Woke up at 2:30 AM and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. . .don't know why, except I wasn't in my own bed, but it got me real tired. So. . . after attending my niece's bridal shower today and driving the 3 hours home, I felt exhausted and shaky. My solution. . . chocolate. Lots of it. And salted almonds. Haven't messed up like this YET since I started sparkpeople. Well I am determined to chalk it up to overtiredness and not be defeated--back on the right path tomorrow! DH and I are biking tomorrow to celebrate both of our last day of vacation (Pine Creek Rail Trail in the PA Grand Canyon area). I will not gain this weight back. I will not. I am keeping on; it is doable and a new life.

    Slipping up every now & then is normal. Just get back on track & keep moving forward!

    We all do it once in a while ! Just don't give up and keep working at it ! I'm like you I WILL NOT GAIN THIS WEIGHT BACK AGAIN ! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I went through this last weekend. I made poor choices both Friday and Saturday night (after a couple of drinks) I put on a little weight - not sure if water, weight, etc. BUT after kicking my butt into gear all week I did manage to get refocused and lose. I hope you get a great rest and tomorrow is a wonderful day!
