I'm so tired today!

I just can't find any energy! I want to go outside, but I can't get motivated to go do it... I just want to curl up and take a nap, but that will mess up my sleep schedule :( so I'm just sitting here feeling blah.

    Humidity is kicking my butt today as well. I am trying to stay focused but feel I am slipping a bit today.
I started a sleep study myself last night with my new Fittbit so hopefully I can figure out why I am not sleeping or better yet what my current sleep pattern looks like

    I agree... listen to your body... get that nap in! Then do a short workout... you will feel much better!

    Nap, go for a walk and get some fresh air and maybe that will help.

    Stay focused and listen to your body. Take that nap, then do just 10 minutes of a SparkPeople exercise video with Coach Nicole! emoticon emoticon
