This week was a tough week. I went to bed late a few nights and then only allowed myself to sleep for about two or three hours and then tried to get up and do work to be prepared for work that day. This was a bunch of poor choices. 1. Going to bed late- I go to bed late because I 'm lounging around when I get home, watching t.v., eating dinner, and surfing the net. 2. Sleeping for only two to three hours-mean tthat through out the course of the day, I couldn't think straight, I couldn't really function and ended up just wasting time. The gist of it all is that I need to manage my time better. Rather than wasting time doing foolishness, I need to be more productive and go to bed on time.
It's amazing how disruptive to life losing sleep can be. Because once you miss sleep for two or three days in a row you can't catch up for the rest of the week and everything becaomes a challenge. Tjis was definitely a frustrating week.
I think the only good is that 3 of the 4 presentations I did for the week went well. However I won't let this happen again. It was an awful feeling. It also meant I did not work out all week. All my health and fitness plans went out the window because I was so tired!
Another good note, however is that I only gained 1 lb. Thank goodness!
