This was first full week of school and students started on Wednesday. I have been very tired today and it is taking me longer than I thought to get back into the swing of things. Here is my progress on last weeks goals.
run my last run for week 3 either Saturday or Sunday
drink 8+ glasses of water a day
Pack my lunch and EAT it everyday next week
Walk at lunch 3 out of 5 days
Run on Tuesday and Thursday
So I did good on most of my goals, but not on my exercise goals.
Goals for this week
Drink 8+ glasses of water a day
Pack and eat my lunch everyday
walk at lunch 3 out of 5 days
do my strength training videos everyday
do 10 minutes of cardio daily
Hoping for more energy next week.
