CROCK POT LASAGNA
2 lb. hamburger
1 bag wide noodles
1 (27 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 stick margarine
1 small box Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Fry hamburger, drain. Cook noodles, drain. Add margarine to hot noodles and stir to melt. Layer in crock pot starting with sauce, then hamburger, noodles and cheese. Layer 3 times to make pot full to top. (I actually only layered it twice) Finish by pouring some sauce on top. Turn crock pot to low for 4 hours or until hot all the way through.

This recipe came from a cookbook that my best friend`s daughter had published with all of her family recipes in it. It`s called Carvell Family Cookin Up Memories. If you ever see one, grab it, but I think only family and friends got one.
