I had a minor migraine all night, luckily was able to sleep through it without resorting to allopathy. I did wake up quite late, fed DH, made lunch & went to work.

Breakfast: Tea
Brunch: Pineapple juice, sweet lime juice, 4 pcs khaman, last piece of soli
Lunch: 4 slices bread butter, 1c salad of cucumber & tomato
Snack: Tea
Dinner: 3.5 puri, 1c milk

No workout as my masseuse finally turned up after 4.5 months! I so needed the massage that I took the day off from exercise :)
