No doubt about it, it is more important to do the actions than blog about them.
However, it really isn't a question of either or. I really can do both. The blogging need't be long and involved. It can help me focus and re-evaluate. I can record healthy new habits so if life starts to get in the way and I fall off the track, I can look back and see what worked before. If I do it here, it can also give me some good feedback.
