I'm doing great with my fitness and logging it.. I'm making great choices with food.... But I'm falling behind on logging my food and I KNOW it's important.. anyone else have the same problem?
I've downloaded the app to my phone, I've just got to stop being lazy about it and just do it! lol It's crucial to my weight loss. I really don't want to hinder myself in this jouney. However, I applaud all of us for making and sticking to this new chapter in our lives!
Tracking is the feedback of how have been doing with the food portion of this program. If you put in favorites, it goes really fast. I hope this helps.
Tracking is SO SO important to me... so it's one of my priorities... I downloaded the SparkPeople application on my phone... which makes it easier to track when I'm away from home....
Oh yeah! I'm having EXACTLY the same problem! I too am making decent choices and staying on top of logging exercise, food....not so much. I'm really going to try and get going on that again. I'm sure I'm eating more calories than I think I am. Isn't that always the case?
